It is a startup incubation scheme by Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) under MeitY, aimed at strengthening India’s software product startup ecosystem, especially in Tier-II/III cities. It aims to handhold 300 tech startups across 12 STPI incubation locations in Tier-II/III cities.

Indian startups working on software product development / technology- based solutions. • DPIIT-recognised startups are encouraged; individuals, academicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, LLPs, and partnership firms may also participate but may need to register as a private limited company if selected.

Applicants submit proposals online through the STPI/NGIS application portal during open calls.
