Who can apply

Must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in an accredited four-year or two- year institution in the U.S. or U.S. territories. Must demonstrate verifiable need for financial support. Must have at least one parent of Hispanic ancestry. Non-U.S. citizens are eligible to apply (DACA or undocumented). Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students for the upcoming fall and spring semesters. This
