A full-time, tuition-free leadership development program (September to May, or September to March in Northern California) that immerses early-career professionals in cross-sector placements spanning government, business, labor, and nonprofits. Fellows build practical civic leadership skills through hands-on projects and stipends are available to qualifying candidates.

Who can apply
Conferred bachelor's degree required before the fellowship begins; must be US-based or hold a valid US visa/status for the program duration (Coro does not sponsor visas).
How to prepare
Prepare a resume, two letters of recommendation, two essays, and a one-minute video testimonial for the written application; finalists attend a full-day in-person Selection Day, so research the specific center's past project placements.
